Tanya Atiyeh Gallagher is a renowned nurse practitioner and the driving force behind Allure Aesthetics, where she serves as the lead aesthetic nurse. Since founding Allure Aesthetics in August 2018, Tanya has brought her exceptional expertise and passion for medical aesthetics to a new generation of clients. Recognized as one of the top providers in the Northeast, she specializes in corrective procedures and delivering natural-looking results, firmly believing that “if you can tell someone’s had work done, it’s not done well.” Tanya approaches medical aesthetics as a true art form, with each client as a unique canvas.

Tanya has been providing injectable treatments full-time since 2016, treating thousands of clients from around the country. She developed Allure’s trademarked Full Face Refresher®, a signature treatment that exemplifies her innovative approach to aesthetics. Tanya is dedicated to understanding each client’s individual goals and ensuring their comfort throughout their aesthetic journey.

Tanya has also developed all of the methods used at Allure Aesthetics and has trained all of the staff in the “Allure Way,” ensuring that the practice’s techniques and standards are consistently upheld. In her pursuit of excellence, she introduced ZO Skin Health to Allure in 2019 and has even trained with the renowned Dr. Obagi. Her unwavering commitment to helping clients look and feel their best has solidified her reputation as a trusted and sought-after expert in the field.

Dr. Gregory Giamo is the esteemed medical director of Allure Aesthetics and has been practicing medicine since 1994. Before earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University and his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Giamo began his career in healthcare as a nurse. Following his education, he completed his residency at Charleston Area Medical Center.

With a deep passion for cosmetic injectables, Dr. Giamo has over 15 years of experience in the field. At Allure Aesthetics, he plays a crucial role in guiding the practice and ensuring the highest standards of care and innovation are upheld. His extensive knowledge and commitment to excellence continue to shape the exceptional experience clients have come to expect from Allure.

Cynthia Steckler, a dedicated nurse with 10 years of experience, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from DeSales University. Since joining Allure Aesthetics in 2021, Cynthia has developed a reputation for building personal connections with each of her clients. Her passion for aesthetics is driven by the belief that being able to look in the mirror and love what one sees is one of the most empowering feelings in the world. Cynthia finds immense fulfillment in helping her clients achieve this sense of confidence and self-love.

For Cynthia, working in aesthetics is more than just a profession—it’s a calling. She feels genuinely excited to come to work each day and is always eager to return. Her enthusiasm and commitment to her clients’ well-being make her an integral part of the Allure Aesthetics team.

Taylor Romeo holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University and is a valued member of the Allure Aesthetics team. Taylor’s journey into the world of aesthetics began as a client of Allure in 2019, where she discovered her passion for helping others feel like the best version of themselves. She has been a dedicated part of the Allure team since 2021.

For Taylor, the most rewarding aspect of her work is seeing her clients leave with a smile and a renewed sense of confidence. She loves that her role in aesthetics allows her to blend her expertise in science with her passion for beauty, education, and skincare. For Taylor, being able to do what she loves every day is truly a dream come true.

Kelly Morrell holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Widener University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. Her journey into aesthetics began as a loyal client of Allure Aesthetics since 2020, where she experienced firsthand the transformative power of tailored treatments. This personal connection ignited a passion within her to help others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Before joining Allure, Kelly worked as an operating room nurse for 5 years, where she assisted with numerous plastic and dermatological surgeries. Her experience in the operating room deepened her understanding of aesthetic procedures and honed her skills in delivering exceptional care.

Kelly takes pride in collaborating closely with her clients to create personalized beauty plans, finding great fulfillment in witnessing the subtle yet stunning results that unfold over time. She often tells her clients that the before and afters get better with time—a truth she knows well from her own journey as a client. For Kelly, being trusted with her clients’ faces is both an honor and a deeply rewarding experience, bringing her full circle in her aesthetic journey at Allure.

Lena Azar has been by Tanya’s side since Allure’s inception and is so proud to watch Allure evolve into what it has become. Lena has a  vast background in the medical field, self employment and customer service and has brought her the experience to assist us in managing our front office, administration, and client communications. Lena feels blessed to have the opportunity to work with her daughter every day and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else, except maybe a tropical island!
