Tanya Atiyeh Gallagher is a registered nurse and the lead injector of Allure Aesthetics. She founded Allure Aesthetics in August 2018 with the hope of bringing her passion for medical aesthetics to a new generation of clients. Specializing in corrective procedures and natural looking results, she views medical aesthetics as a form of art and every client as their own canvas. With thousands of satisfied aesthetic clients from around the world, Tanya truly understands the importance of clients’ comfort and identifying each client’s individual goals.

Gregory Giamo is the medical director for Allure Aesthetics and has been practicing medicine since 1994. He achieved his BA from Temple University before going to medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completing his residency at Charleston Area Medical Center. Dr. Giamo has a passion for cosmetic injectables and has been making his clients feel beautiful for over 15 years!

Cynthia Steckler graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from DeSales University and has been a nurse for 7 years.  She believes that being able to look in the mirror and love what a person sees in themselves is one of the best feelings in the world and if she can have any part in helping someone achieve that, she just couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Cyndi loves aesthetics because to her, it never feels like a job— she’s excited to come in every morning and can’t wait to come back when she leaves!

Taylor Romeo graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University and is currently there completing her MSN as a nurse practitioner! She was first a client at Allure before joining our team. Taylor’s love for aesthetics comes from making people feel like they are the best version of themselves. Being the reason why someone walks out of the room with a smile on their face and a boosted sense of confidence is so incredibly rewarding. She loves that working in aesthetics allows her to combine science, beauty, education, and skincare all in one— for her, it’s a dream come true!

Lena Azar has been by Tanya’s side since Allure’s inception and is so proud to watch Allure evolve into what it has become. Lena has a  vast background in the medical field, self employment and customer service and has brought her the experience to assist us in managing our front office, administration, and client communications. Lena feels blessed to have the opportunity to work with her daughter every day and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else, except maybe a tropical island!
