A virtual skincare consultation is an online, one-on-one appointment with a skincare professional to develop a personalized ZO Skin Health regimen based on your skin type, concerns, and goals. During the consultation, your provider will analyze your skin, recommend targeted medical-grade skincare products, and create a step-by-step plan to help you achieve optimal skin health. They will also discuss other treatment options, such as lasers, microneedling, and facials, to further enhance your results—all from the comfort of your home.

At Allure, we act as your skincare guide, telling you exactly what you should do for the best skin possible. While your regimen may involve multiple steps to achieve the best results, we remove the guesswork by giving you a clear, expert-designed plan tailored to your skin’s unique needs.

Your consultation is conducted by our dual-licensed nurse and esthetician, who is also ZO Expert Certified. With extensive training in medical-grade skincare, they will create a regimen tailored specifically for your skin’s needs and goals.

Our consultations are conducted via video call, where you will discuss your skin type, concerns, and goals with your provider. Prior to your virtual appointment, you will complete a brief skin health questionnaire and submit front and side profile photos of your face without makeup. This allows your provider to analyze your skin and create a truly customized plan before and during your call, ensuring a fully personalized approach.

The average medical-grade skincare regimen starts at around $750, though this varies based on your skin’s needs and the specific products recommended for your goals.

We offer direct shipping, and you can refill your products anytime via email, phone, or text. We also provide free shipping on all orders.

A few select products, such as tretinoin and the Pigment Control line, may require an additional consultation with a nurse practitioner to ensure they are safe and appropriate for you. The same applies before any in-office medical treatments, where a medical assessment may be needed.

We are always available for any questions, updates, or adjustments to your regimen. Follow-ups can be scheduled as needed, as long as you are purchasing your skincare products through us. This ensures that we can properly track your progress and make the best recommendations for your skin.

A $150 deposit is required to book your consultation. This amount is not refundable after the consultation is provided but can be applied toward your product purchases.
