Welcome! Your first step is to complete your new client registration.
Before your first appointment:
- Create your Patient Portal account.
- Complete all medical history, medication, and allergy information as thoroughly as possible.
- Select a New Client appointment when booking so we can reserve the additional time needed for your first visit.
- A credit card is required to book your first appointment. A $150 deposit will be charged to your card within 1–2 business days after booking to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward treatments or products purchased at your visit.

Credit Card
A credit card is required to book an appointment and will be securely kept on file.
For new clients, a $150 deposit will be charged within 1–2 business days after booking and applied toward treatments or products purchased at your visit.
A $150 fee will be charged to the card on file for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than two business days’ notice.
Feeling Ill
Due to the hygienic nature of our services and office, we cannot accept sick patients! If you are feeling ill, please call or email as soon as possible to reschedule.

Please follow the Pre-Care Policies, sent via email and on our website, to ensure the most comfortable appointment and best results possible.
