Can I have more than one service during the same appointment?

Yes! The only services that cannot be combined during your appointment are Dissolver and Filler (if in the same area). Be sure to let your injector know exactly what your goals are for the appointment so they can prepare the best products for your treatment!

I have a cold, can I still come to my appointment?

Due to the hygienic nature of our services and office, we cannot accept sick patients! If you are feeling ill, please call or email as soon as possible to reschedule.

Do you offer shadowing or training opportunities?

For questions about shadowing and hiring, please send your resume to info@allureaestheticsllc.com with the subject line “Shadowing” or “Hiring.”

Would you host an event at my facility?

Due to our extensive waitlist, we are not hosting events outside of our office at this time.

When will I see results?

Please wait 2-3 weeks to allow swelling to fully settle before assessing results.

Booking & Consults

How do I schedule a consultation for Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, or Kybella?

We’re currently booking 8 months out for new client appointments, so we generally like to provide a virtual consult prior.

If you feel comfortable, please send us a few makeup-free photos to review. Be sure to let us know what your concern areas are and any goals you may have for the treatment! With that information, we should be able to provide you with a general idea of what the services, costs, and timeline would look like. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response.

Do I need a consultation prior to my appointment?

All of our appointments begin with a consultation where your injector will review your treatment options.

If you would require an assessment prior to your appointment, feel free to send a few makeup-free photos to our email at info@allureaestheticsllc.com (if you feel comfortable). Let us know what your concern areas are and any goals you may have for the treatment! We will do our best to virtually assess and follow-up with more information.

Do I need to make more than one appointment for more than one procedure?

You can have multiple services during one appointment, but please keep in mind you may need two or more sessions to achieve desired results.

How do I get a skincare consultation?

To get started with your skincare consultation, please send a few makeup-free photos to our email at info@allureaestheticsllc.com to help us assess your skin (if you feel comfortable). In your email, please also include:

  • Your full name and date of birth
  • What your main skincare concerns are
  • How you consider your skin (dry, oily, or combination)
  • History of medical-grade skincare, prescription-grade skincare, or retinol use

We will do our best to virtually assess and get back to you in about 3-5 business days.

In the meantime, please fill out your portal information. We will need to review your medical information before sending a skincare protocol.

How do I cancel appointments?

To cancel your appointment, please email the office at info@allureaestheticsllc.com and let us know as soon as possible! Make the subject “Appointment Cancellation” so it’s easy for us to find.

Please note that in the event of a no-show, cancellation, or request for rescheduling with less than 2 business days notice, there will be a $100 charge applied to your card.

I want to schedule an appointment but I am a new client, how do I do that?

Please check our “New Client” section on our Booking Page!

Do you have a waitlist?

Yes, we do have a waitlist! However, with our patient management system, you can only be added to the waitlist if you have an existing appointment.

Once you book, we can add you to the waitlist on our end! Please send us an email with your full name and date of birth. Make the subject line “Waitlist Request” so it’s easy for us to find!

Are last-minute openings available to new clients?

Last-minute openings are only available for current clients at this time, sorry!

I tried booking online but nothing is coming up, what seems to be going on?

At times, we may be booking about 8 months out for new clients, so be sure to check for the soonest availability! If you are a current Allure client, please reach out to the office directly at 610-393-1253 to schedule your next appointment.

Do you accept Care Credit?

We do not accept Care Credit at our office, sorry!

Do you accept Aspire?

Yes! To earn rewards on future treatments, please create an Aspire account (for Dysport & Restylane) on their website or by downloading the ASPIRE Galderma Rewards mobile app.

Please note that the product selected for your treatment will ultimately be based on your provider’s expertise and we will not make a substitution for a coupon if that product is not appropriate for the treatment.

Do you accept Allē? (formerly Brilliant Distinctions)

Yes! To earn rewards on future treatments, create an Allē account (for Latisse & Kybella) at www.alle.com. Please note that the product selected for your treatment will ultimately be based on your provider’s expertise and we will not make a substitution for a coupon if that product is not appropriate for the treatment.

Safety & Hygiene

Is it okay to wear makeup after my injections?

Generally, it’s best to avoid makeup for 24 hours after your appointment, but we recommend using Oxygenetix, which is the only safe foundation to use immediately post-injection! Oxygenetix is sold in our office.

Is it safe to have Neurotoxins or Dermal Fillers during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Cosmetic injectables are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Is it okay to have fillers before or after getting the COVID-19 vaccine?

Any vaccine could potentially trigger temporary swelling around fillers. As the immune system responds to the vaccine, it could create an inflammatory response to anything the body determines to be a foreign body.

This is not limited to the COVID vaccine, but it has been getting some more attention due to the magnitude of this vaccine rollout. It’s still very rare — we believe it occurred in 0.01% of people in the Moderna trial, and either subsided on its own or was treated over a few days with antihistamines and/or steroids to reduce the swelling until it subsided.

It’s something you can note to your doctor or pharmacist when receiving the vaccine so they’re aware (especially if you’re particularly sensitive to vaccines or allergic reactions) to see if they have any advice based on your medical history.

Will my daily medications be an issue/interfere prior to my appointment?

Please disclose any medications you are taking on the Patient Portal and your provider will advise.

What can I take for pain relief instead of Motrin?

We recommend taking Tylenol as it does not thin blood like Motrin or Ibuprofen; however, please do not take Tylenol if it is contraindicated with any of your current medical conditions or medications. If you are unsure, please consult your primary care provider.

What should I avoid after getting fillers?

Please refer back to our Post-Care Policies.

Neurotoxins

Will neurotoxin cause my face to “freeze”?

Neurotoxins will not freeze your face, we promise! Neurotoxins actually relax the muscles in the face and the treatment can be customizable to your preferences.

When will I see the full results of my treatment?

Please wait 2-3 weeks to allow swelling to fully settle before assessing results.

Dermal Fillers

Is it possible to do half of a syringe for dermal filler?

Yes, we have half syringes available for $375. Depending on your goals, two or more sessions may be necessary.

Can I share a syringe with a friend?

We offer half syringes for $375, but you cannot split the same syringe with a friend during your appointment.

Can you do a non-surgical rhinoplasty if I’ve already had a surgical rhinoplasty?

We cannot perform a non-surgical rhinoplasty if you’ve previously had surgical rhinoplasty as it increases the risk of complications.

Can I just have a lip flip?

Lip flips are currently only offered as an add-on service to Lip Filler. The total cost will depend on how many units are required during your treatment, but is typically in the $40-$70 range.

Can I request more than 1ml for my lips?

For lips, 1ml is the maximum amount we recommend per session as it helps prevent overfilling or losing the natural shape of the area by adding too much at one time. Most clients require additional treatments to reach their goals.

Do you do the Russian lip technique?

We do a tenting technique similar to the Russian technique with fewer risks of adverse reactions.

Can filler fix a cleft chin?

Yes, dermal fillers can improve the appearance of a cleft chin!

Full Face Refresher®

What is included in this treatment?

Our Full Face Refresher® is a completely customized treatment based on an individual’s anatomy. During your appointment, we would conduct a crown-to-neck assessment of contour, symmetry, hollowing, wrinkle formation, and proportions to develop a comprehensive treatment plan.

How many sessions are required?

The number of sessions would depend on your treatment plan, but most clients need 2-3 appointments.

Kybella

How many sessions are required to get full results?

It can vary for each client, but most clients require 1-2 sessions and 2-10 syringes per session.

How do I know if I am a good candidate for Kybella?

Typically, the best candidates for Kybella treatments are those who are within a healthy weight and BMI, eat well and exercise, and have minimal skin laxity. Always consult your injector for an accurate assessment!

Is there any downtime for Kybella?

There may be some swelling and redness post-treatment. You should expect moderate swelling to last for up to 3 weeks. Full results are not seen until 12 weeks post-procedure. Please refer to our Post-Care Policies for more information.

How long do the effects of Kybella last?

With Kybella, targeted fat cells will be permanently eliminated but new fat cells may emerge with weight gain.
