There’s no physical recovery needed when starting medical-grade skincare, but we want to make sure you feel supported as you begin or update your routine.

Here are a few helpful notes to guide your next steps:

Begin your new regimen as directed. Introduce products gradually if recommended, especially if your routine includes active ingredients like retinoids or exfoliating acids.
Reach out if you experience sensitivity or have questions. It’s normal for skin to adjust as it responds to new products, and we’re here to help you fine-tune your routine.
Avoid combining with non-recommended products. Mixing in other skincare brands may dilute effectiveness or cause unexpected reactions.
Track your progress. We recommend taking photos every few weeks in good lighting so you and your provider can monitor changes over time.
Follow-up appointments are available. As your skin evolves, we’re happy to reassess and adjust your regimen.
