Let your skin breathe. You may apply makeup after your facial, but many clients prefer to enjoy the post-treatment glow makeup-free for the rest of the day.
Avoid heat and sweat (hot yoga, steam rooms, intense exercise) for the remainder of the day, as this can reduce the longevity of your results.
Stay consistent with your skincare routine. Your provider may have recommended products to support your goals—this is a great time to incorporate them.

GENERAL POST CARE POLICIES

Avoid all medications, supplements, foods, and alcohol listed in the Pre-Care Policies (link) until bruising and swelling have fully resolved—unless they are medically necessary.

Exercise

Refrain from exercise until all visible bruising and swelling have subsided, as increased circulation may prolong healing.

Pain Relief

If you need pain relief, Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe to use—unless contraindicated based on your medical history or other medications.

Bruising/Swelling

You may take Arnica to help reduce bruising and swelling, unless it is contraindicated (e.g., with high blood pressure or other medical conditions). Always follow the instructions on the label.
