Can I take supplements before my Full Face Refresher?

We recommend pausing fish oil, vitamin E, and other blood-thinning supplements for 3–5 days prior, if medically appropriate. Always consult your physician before stopping any prescribed regimen.

Should I avoid any treatments before my appointment?

Yes—avoid laser treatments, microneedling, facials, or other cosmetic procedures for at least 1–2 weeks prior. Your skin should be fully healed and not irritated.

Do I need antiviral medication before treatment?

If you have a history of cold sores (herpes simplex), begin an antiviral one day before your appointment and continue the full prescribed course. Contact us if you need assistance obtaining a prescription.

The Full Face Refresher® is a bespoke aesthetic experience—not a single treatment, but a comprehensive plan designed to elevate your natural features over time. At any given appointment, your provider will guide you through the next step, which may include neuromodulators, dermal fillers, or other advanced treatments. Please follow the individual pre-care instructions for any treatments included in your journey.

Neuromodulators and dermal fillers are the most common same-day treatments and may be performed at your first visit. Other services—such as lasers, microneedling, or peels—are typically pre-scheduled separately and do not require preparation unless discussed in advance.

Please do not arrive on an empty stomach. Come with a clean face, free of makeup, and hair secured away from your face so your provider can treat you comfortably and precisely.
